At Logiix™, our priority is to make products to 100% satisfaction. All products carry a limited one year warranty, unless stated otherwise. This warranty includes products that have arrived damaged in the packaging, or have manufacturing defects. However, the warranty does not cover damages resulting from general usage, regular wear and tear, abuse, improper handling or use, installation or removal. Our one year limited warranty only covers a year for defective products from the original purchase date. If the one year has passed since your original purchase date; we are unable offer you a refund or exchange.
We can only offer a refund if the product has been purchased from our web store at: www.logiix.net or www.us.logiix.net. The refunded amount will be based upon the original payment method if it falls within our refund policy. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund products purchased from other retailers and stores; we would suggest to bring the product back to the original store of purchase. If it is passed the online refund policy, or for further information, please email email@example.com.

In order for us to provide a refund, we require the physical product, along with the order number sent to our distributor. All return shipping costs are to be covered by the consumer.

Prior to shipping your product for a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
Please package your product securely in a box or bubble envelope to ensure it is not damaged in transit. If your item is missing due to poor packaging or if we do not receive your package, we will be unable to process your refund. Please make sure to fill in your return address clearly, include a copy of the original receipt, and include the product in its original retail packaging. We cannot properly process your refund if all of these conditions are not met.
Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days. Please note some processes may take over 30 days.
If you haven't received a refund after 30 days, first check your bank/credit statements again to confirm. Then, if needed, please contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Once you have done all of the above, and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.

Web Store Credit
If your original refund date has passed 15 days, we can offer a one-time store credit of the same amount within the first 3 months of purchase. In order to qualify for the web store credit, the product must be purchased from www.logiix.net or us.logiix.net. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
All refunds, web store credit, and replacement warranties are determined by Logiix.
If you have made a purchase from our website, the estimated shipping dates will be applied after payment has been captured.
We typically send out the replacement within 5-10 business days after receiving your returned item. We are currently unable to ship to PO boxes. If you have a PO box, please also provide an alternate address, in case the selected courier is unable to deliver to the PO box. A tracking number will be provided when the product is shipped, and will be emailed to the given email address. If no tracking number has been provided, please email email@example.com and request a tracking number.
Depending on your location, the time for an exchanged item may vary.
The consumer will be responsible for paying for his/her own shipping costs for a returning product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Please note: we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
